SITE PROGRESS SO FAR:
• Site mobilisation complete – Rockliving is in full control of the site
• Site strip and clearance underway using 13-ton machines.
• Welfare accommodation being delivered for the site team.
• Perimeter secured and Traffic Management Plan in progress
• Preparation for grouting and piling ahead of foundation works.

This is an exciting first step towards delivering much-needed students accommodation for Bradford university. We look forward to sharing more updates on construction milestones, key progress, and the journey to completion.
